After supporting her family’s land surveying company for several years, Jade officially made the leap into the field in 2020. Motivated by a desire for a more adventurous and independent life, she transitioned from her academic career as a university professor and environmental scientist to take on a leadership role in construction operations.

With nearly a decade of experience in project coordination, process optimization, and multidisciplinary teamwork, Jade brings a research-driven mindset, analytical thinking, and a passion for solving complex problems. Her transition into the surveying industry was guided by a strong belief in growth, both personal and professional, and a commitment to making a meaningful impact.

Known for her calm, inclusive approach, Jade values respect, honesty, and teamwork. She trusts that attitude is everything and believes that with the right mindset, anyone can achieve their highest goals. Supporting others, finding better ways to do things, and seeing people and projects thrive are what motivate her most.

Outside of work, she reconnects with nature through hiking, biking, and outdoor adventures, and stays active at the gym. These moments help her stay grounded and bring balance to her office days.
