- Project Type: Surveyor’s Real Property Report, Topographic Survey, 3-D Laser Scanning, Construction Layout
About this Project
The St. Lawrence Market North project is the redevelopment of the site north of the historic St. Lawrence Market in downtown Toronto. Rouse Surveyors was contracted by a joint venture of Buttcon Limited and The Atlas Corporation, who were selected to build on behalf of the City of Toronto.
Our team performed a Surveyor’s Real Property Report (SRPR) and topographic survey that initiated the project. We later performed construction layout services throughout the project, from excavation to verification of anchor bolts and final as-built SRPR. We also performed 3-D laser scanning as part of the post-pour for parking levels P1 to P4 and verified steel plumbness for the connection bridge between St. Lawrence Market North and St. Lawrence Hall.
